Install MIDI Agent as a VST3 or AU plugin in your preferred DAW (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or any compatible workstation). Load the plugin on a MIDI track and either describe your musical idea using natural language prompts with specific rhythmic and harmonic instructions, drop in existing MIDI files to generate variations, or convert audio recordings to MIDI. Customize the output with parameters for key, scale, and complexity, then drag the generated MIDI directly into your DAW timeline for immediate editing and production.

The monthly subscription is not required, however in order to use the plugin you must input your own API keys for the providers you want to use (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter). If you don't want to manage your own API keys and credits, you can subscribe to our monthly plan which gives you access to MIDI generation models not available elsewhere, as well as audio generation models.

At this time there is no free trial due to infrastructure and usage costs for the plugin.

MIDI Agent works in any DAW that accepts VST3 or AU. We are working on an AAX version for Pro Tools as well, and are currently in the process of registering the plugin for distribution. We will notify users when the Pro Tools version is available.
