Return Policy
1. Defective Products Only
MIDI Agent accepts returns and issues refunds exclusively for defective products. A product is considered defective if it fails to function as described due to a verified software defect that we are unable to resolve through a patch or update.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- The product must have a reproducible defect that prevents it from functioning as described.
- You must report the defect to our support team within 14 days of purchase.
- You must provide reasonable details about the defect, including your system configuration, DAW version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
- The defect must not be caused by incompatible hardware, unsupported operating systems, or third-party software conflicts.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product's features.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, DAW configurations, or user error.
- Inability to use API keys or third-party AI services outside of our control.
- Subscription payments for periods where the service was available and functional.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at our contact page with the following information:
- Your order or transaction ID.
- A description of the defect encountered.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Your operating system, DAW, and plugin version.
5. Review Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 5 business days. We may request additional information or attempt to resolve the defect through a software update before issuing a refund. If the defect is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
