How it works

From prompt to MIDI notes

Download and install MIDI Agent Standalone from the installer for Windows or macOS. Launch the app, configure your API provider by adding your own keys or subscribing to MIDI Agent Pro for managed service. Type a natural language prompt describing your desired melody or chord progression — specify key, scale, tempo, and complexity. Click generate and your MIDI appears in the app. Use audio to MIDI conversion to transcribe recordings, or drop in existing .mid files to generate variations and extensions. When you're happy with the result, export the .mid file and drag it directly into your DAW — Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, or any MIDI-compatible application.
